RADIAN GUARDIAN RMR MNT FOR GLK MOS

Description

The Radian Guardian is built for shooters who run a Trijicon RMR on a Glock MOS pistol and want that optic to survive hard use rather than simply sit on top of the slide. Most MOS adapter plates leave the optic exposed on all sides; the Guardian wraps around it with machined 7075 aluminum walls that absorb top, front, and side impacts before they can reach the optic body or its mounting screws.

Two systems work together to make that protection reliable over time. The STUD-LOK interface replaces the standard screw-into-plate arrangement with a threaded stud-and-nut system that provides longer thread engagement and meaningfully greater resistance to shear forces — the kind generated when an optic takes a lateral hit or the pistol is dropped on its side. The TRU-SEAL O-rings sit at the interface between the mount and the slide, keeping moisture and debris out of the MOS cutout without requiring any additional sealing on the shooter’s part.

The hard anodized finish is not merely cosmetic. Hard anodizing penetrates the aluminum surface rather than sitting on top of it, which means the dimensional tolerances of the mounting surfaces are maintained even after years of holstering, handling, and field use. The package includes the Guardian optic mount and guard plate, mounting screws, TRU-SEAL O-rings, and the STUD-LOK studs and sleeve nuts, so nothing additional is needed to complete the installation.

This is a purpose-built solution for a specific problem: protecting a substantial optic investment on a pistol that sees regular training, duty, or carry use. If your Glock MOS lives in a safe, you don’t need it. If it gets worked, it earns its place.
