Every Model 1 is hand-assembled and inspected by a gunsmith before leaving the factory — a production approach that reflects how tightly Radian tolerances the billet upper and lower receivers, which are Cerakoted together as a matched set to ensure consistent finish across both. The extended aluminum M-LOK handguard integrates with the upper rather than floating independently, and incorporates a stainless steel anti-rotation pin to prevent movement under sustained use.

The Radian Raptor-SD charging handle is optimized for suppressor use, venting gas away from the shooter’s face when a can is attached — a meaningful ergonomic difference from a standard charging handle on a sealed system.
