Description

The Radian AFTERBURNER + RAMJET combo is built for P365 and P365X owners who want meaningful recoil mitigation without the bulk of a full-size pistol. The system pairs a drop-in replacement barrel with a micro-compensator, and the design logic behind both components is worth understanding before you install them.

The RAMJET barrel uses a threadless attachment method: rather than screwing the compensator onto a threaded muzzle, the INTRA-LOK mounting system uses a tapered locking screw that seats against an angled V-groove machined into the barrel. That taper-lock interface pulls the compensator into repeatable, precise alignment every time and eliminates the timing problems that can come with threaded designs. Removal is equally straightforward, which matters if you clean your carry gun frequently. The barrel itself is machined from 416R stainless steel — a grade chosen for its combination of hardness and corrosion resistance — and carries a match-grade chamber with a gas-sealing design that helps direct propellant gas into the AFTERBURNER efficiently.

The AFTERBURNER compensator is hardened stainless steel finished in Radianite Black, a coating Radian specifies for low friction, high surface hardness, and corrosion resistance. The compensator’s front face is angled to clear a holster on the draw without hanging up. When fitted to a P365 or P365X, the overall length of the slide assembly grows to match P365XL dimensions, making the combo compatible with holsters made for that platform. Each kit ships with the RAMJET barrel, the AFTERBURNER compensator, the INTRA-LOK tapered screw, and a TORX bit. It does not fit the P365XL or P365 Macro.
