Description
The Radian Weapons Model 1 is built for shooters who want a purpose-built carbine rather than an assembled parts rifle. Every unit is hand-assembled by a single gunsmith, which means fit and function are verified as a complete system rather than inspected piecemeal at the end of a production line. The receiver is machined from billet aluminum, a process that allows tighter dimensional control than casting and produces a stiffer platform when you are running the rifle hard under stress or in training.
The 1-in-8 twist rate is a considered choice for .223 Wylde: it stabilizes heavier projectiles in the 62–77 grain range that many precision-minded shooters favor, while still handling standard 55-grain loads without over-spinning them. The .223 Wylde chamber itself sits between .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO in its dimensions, allowing it to feed and fire both safely while maintaining the tighter leade of a .223 chamber for improved accuracy with match ammunition.
The M-Lok handguard gives the shooter a clean, low-profile tube to grip without added bulk, with attachment points where accessories are actually needed rather than pre-populated with rail sections. Ambidextrous safety levers and a Magpul CTR stock and grip are fitted from the factory, so left-handed shooters are not working around a right-hand-centric layout. The muzzle device is a Dead Air Keymo flash hider, which is designed to accept Dead Air suppressors directly without an additional adapter. Comes with one 30-round magazine.
