Description
The Riton 5 Conquer 5-25×56 is built for long-range precision work — competitive shooting, field target, and hunting at distances where wind calls and holdover matter more than speed. It suits a shooter who needs a high-magnification optic that remains useful at the low end of the zoom range, not just a dedicated single-purpose glass.
Placing the MOR reticle on the first focal plane means the subtension markings stay accurate at any magnification setting, so a hold or a ranging measurement taken at 10x is just as valid as one taken at 25x. That removes the need to remember which power setting your reticle was calibrated for, which is consequential under time pressure or in changing light. The illumination adds six brightness levels with an off position between each, so you can kill the light between stages without cycling through the full range to find it again.
The 34mm main tube gives the erector system more room to travel than a standard 30mm tube, which translates directly to a wider total adjustment range — useful when shooting at distance from non-standard positions where you cannot simply lap rings to chase zero. The R5 Zero Stop turrets let you return to your base zero without counting clicks or looking down at the turret, and the Dual Throw Lever system allows a quick change between magnification ranges. The body is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and argon-purged for consistent internal atmosphere across temperature swings, preventing fogging from inside the tube. Lens coatings include full multi-coat and wide-band treatment to preserve light transmission in low-light conditions.
