Description
The Micro30 is built for shooters who need a compact, capable suppressor for bolt guns and semi-automatics chambered in 7.62mm and compatible cartridges up through .300 RUM. Its core appeal is the ADAPT modular system: in its short configuration the suppressor runs at only five inches, making it practical on shorter-barreled rifles where a full-length can would upset balance and handling. When conditions call for more sound reduction, the ADAPT Module threads on in seconds to add suppression without requiring a separate suppressor or a trip back to the dealer.
Construction starts with 17-4 stainless steel bar stock that is heat treated after machining, which keeps the tube dimensionally stable under sustained fire. The baffles are Stellite and fully circumference-welded, a material choice that resists the abrasion and oxidation that high-temperature propellant gas causes at the baffle faces over thousands of rounds. Rugged Suppressors positions the serial engraving over the thickest wall section of the tube so that a damaged tube can be replaced without retiring the suppressor entirely.
The Dual Taper Locking System addresses two persistent problems with threaded mounts: carbon migration into the threads and suppressor cant. The first taper seats against the muzzle device to center the bore and seal gas out of the thread interface, keeping the threads clean and maintaining return to zero. The rear taper creates a friction lock that resists loosening under recoil. A No-Go/Go gauge ships with the suppressor so you have a mechanical confirmation of correct engagement before firing. The mount connects to a 5/8″-24 thread pitch host. Every Micro30 is accuracy-tested before shipment to confirm that the point of impact shift is repeatable, so zeroing with the suppressor on is a one-time exercise rather than an ongoing variable.
