Description

The R3 Flash Mitigation System from Rugged Suppressors is built for shooters running a 7.62mm suppressor who want a muzzle device that pulls double duty: meaningful flash reduction and a clean, repeatable mount. The variable fluted prongs are shaped to break up the muzzle signature without producing the ring of light that some flash hiders leave at the crown — a side effect of gas exiting unevenly around a standard suppressor-ready device. Rugged calls this zero-ring flash reduction, and the prong geometry is what makes it possible.

Suppressor attachment uses Rugged’s Dual Taper Locking System, a toothless design that seats and locks the can without the ratcheting teeth found on some competing mounting systems.
