Description
The SilencerCo Spectre 9 is built for shooters who run a suppressor every day rather than just at the range — on a carry pistol, a subgun, or a pistol-caliber carbine where size and weight actually matter over the course of a long day. The entire baffle stack and tube are machined from Grade 5 and Grade 9 titanium, which is how SilencerCo gets the weight down to 3.9 ounces without leaning on aluminum. Titanium at this grade handles the sustained heat and pressure of automatic fire, which is why the Spectre 9 carries a full-auto rating — a threshold many 9mm pistol suppressors do not meet.
The 1.37-inch outer diameter was chosen specifically with holster compatibility in mind. Most suppressor-ready holsters are designed around that dimension, so you can run the Spectre 9 holstered without swapping to an oversized or modified rig. At 4.76 inches long, it also keeps the overall muzzle-forward balance manageable on a compact pistol where a longer can would shift the handling noticeably.
Attachment is handled through SilencerCo’s Alpha platform, which accepts direct-thread, ASR quick-attach, piston, and 3-Lug configurations from a single suppressor body. That means you can move it across different host firearms without buying a separate can for each. The piston housing assembly ships in the box. Beyond periodic cleaning of mounting surfaces with standard solvent, the internal baffles do not require disassembly cleaning — a practical advantage for a suppressor that sees regular use. The Spectre 9 is also rated for subsonic .300 BLK in addition to 9mm, giving it utility beyond the pistol platform.
