Description

The SilencerCo Compact Radial Brake is built for .30 caliber shooters who want meaningful recoil reduction without complicating their setup. It works as a standalone muzzle brake and serves as the foundation for SilencerCo’s Thread Over Mount (TOM) system, which lets you slide a compatible suppressor directly over the brake and lock it in place — combining the repeatability of ASR-style mounting with the simplicity of a direct-thread interface. That means you can run the brake on its own or transition to suppressed fire without swapping muzzle devices.

The radial port design vents gas evenly around the bore rather than directing it to one side or requiring a specific rotational position on the barrel. Because timing is not required, installation is straightforward — thread it on and you are done. There is no need to use crush washers or index the device to a specific clock position to keep the ports aligned, which matters both for ease of setup and for anyone pulling the brake on and off regularly.

The 1/2×28 thread pattern accommodates a wide range of .30 caliber barrels commonly threaded to that specification. The matte black finish is consistent with the rest of SilencerCo’s accessory line and holds up to the heat and fouling that a muzzle device sees in regular use.
