Description

The Sig Sauer P365X Komodo Anime is built for shooters who want a compact, carry-capable platform that doesn’t ask them to choose between concealability and round count. The 17-round capacity puts it firmly in the territory of full-size handguns, but it lives in a grip envelope sized for everyday carry — a balance the P365X frame achieves through its extended grip module relative to the standard P365.

The barrel is a 3.1-inch Zaffiri Precision unit finished in High Polish Gold, and the compensated, threadless design redirects gas upward at the muzzle to reduce muzzle rise during rapid fire. Because the compensation is built into the barrel itself rather than added as a separate device, there’s no increase in overall length and no additional weight forward of the slide. That matters on a carry gun, where muzzle-heavy balance works against a fast draw.

The optic-ready slide accepts direct-mount optics without an adapter plate, so there’s no added height over bore and no secondary point of failure. Night sights are included as a backup aiming system, which means the pistol is usable in low light whether or not you run an optic. The Komodo Aluminum grip module gives the frame more rigidity than a polymer unit and provides a distinct texture and profile that sets this variant apart from standard P365X configurations. The Cerakote finish on the frame and slide is carried in Black, contrasting with the gold barrel — an intentional aesthetic drawn from the Anime Komodo theme that SCT developed for this collaboration.
