Description

The Havak PH3 is Seekins Precision’s answer to a rifle that can move between hunting cartridges without returning to a gunsmith. At the center of that versatility is a quick-change barrel system paired with a three-lug bolt and 60-degree throw, which lets the owner swap barrels and headspace them correctly without special tooling. The bolt also disassembles without tools, a practical advantage when the rifle needs to be cleaned in the field or reconfigured for a different chambering.

This particular build is chambered in 6mm Creedmoor, a cartridge that sits between the more common 6.5 Creedmoor and smaller-bore precision options in terms of recoil and wind resistance. The 1:8-inch twist rate is well-matched to the heavier, high-BC projectiles that make 6mm Creedmoor useful at distance — lighter bullets of 70–80 grains are still stable at that rate, but the barrel is optimized for the 100–110 grain class where the cartridge does its best long-range work. The 24-inch barrel gives that powder column the time it needs to burn completely, recovering velocity that shorter barrels sacrifice.

The receiver carries an integrated 20 MOA Picatinny rail, which builds in forward cant so a scope with a standard elevation range can still be zeroed at distance without running adjustments to the limit. A full-length M-LOK rail runs along the stock for accessories. The adjustable cheek piece on the Urban Shadow stock lets the shooter set a consistent cheek weld regardless of the scope height chosen, which matters when the 20 MOA rail often dictates higher rings than a flat-rail setup would require. The barrel is fluted and threaded, keeping weight manageable on a 24-inch tube and leaving the muzzle ready for a brake or suppressor.
