Description
The Seekins Precision Universal Bipod Mount gives shooters a clean, permanent solution to the problem of running a Harris-style bipod on a Picatinny-railed rifle. Rather than relying on a sling-stud adapter bolted to a rail section—a setup that adds height and can shift under recoil—this mount integrates the Harris bipod attachment point directly into a Mil-Spec 1913 Picatinny rail section. The bipod sits lower and more consistently, which matters when you are trying to maintain a repeatable andstable prone position across multiple shooting sessions.
Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the mount keeps weight down without sacrificing the rigidity needed to hold a bipod steady under the lateral load of adjusting leg tension or traversing on a target. The Type III Class 2 Hardcoat Anodizing goes on thicker and harder than standard anodizing, giving the surface meaningful resistance to wear at the contact points where the bipod hardware bears against the mount. It is available in both a standard Picatinny configuration and an M-LOK configuration, so it fits directly into handguards that use either attachment system without requiring additional adapters.
This is a straightforward, purpose-built part from a manufacturer that machines its own components in Lewiston, Idaho. If you run a Harris bipod and want it mounted lower and more securely than a stud adapter allows, the UBM addresses that directly.
