Description

The P365 in Coyote is Sig Sauer’s answer to a specific problem: a carry pistol that disappears on the body without asking the shooter to accept a degraded manual of arms. The frame is built around concealment, but the controls and grip geometry are drawn from full-size practice, which means the transition between range work and daily carry is straightforward rather than something that has to be relearned.

The Coyote Tan PVD finish on the slide does more than distinguish this variant visually. PVD coatings bond at the surface rather than sitting on top of the metal, which keeps dimensional tolerances intact while providing corrosion resistance relevant to a gun worn against the body daily. The barrel itself carries a Black DLC finish, a similarly hard surface treatment that handles the higher-friction environment of a short slide cycle without added lubrication weight.

Night sights are included from the factory, which matters for a carry configuration. The X-RAY3 tritium units Sig fits to this model use a green front and two-dot rear, a configuration that keeps the eye moving to the front sight rather than splitting attention evenly across three equal posts. For a defensive pistol, that front-sight dominance is a deliberate design choice, not an aesthetic one.

The manual safety gives shooters who prefer an active deactivation step before firing a platform to work from, without requiring a trigger-mounted blade safety. Two magazines ship with the pistol.
