Description

The Sig Sauer P365 Slide Completion Kit is built for anyone assembling or refurbishing a P365, P365X, or P365XL slide and wants factory-spec internal components throughout. It covers everything the slide needs to function except the barrel, sights, and recoil assembly, so it makes a practical foundation for a custom build or a straightforward restoration of worn parts.

Every component in the kit is corrosion-resistant, which matters for parts that live inside a slide and are routinely exposed to carbon, solvent, and moisture. The kit includes the extractor, extractor pin, extractor spring, extractor spring insert, striker group assembly, striker safety, striker safety spring, and rear slide cap. That covers the two systems most responsible for reliable ignition and ejection: the striker group drives consistent primer strikes, and the extractor assembly controls case pull at the moment of ejection. Using matched factory components across both systems keeps timing and tension within the tolerances Sig Sauer designed the platform around.

Because assembling this kit requires disassembly beyond a field-stripped condition, it assumes a working familiarity with the P365 internals. Sig Sauer specifies that installation should be performed by a certified Sig Sauer armorer, and damage resulting from improper installation falls outside the firearm’s warranty coverage.
