The P365 X-Macro is built for shooters who want a concealed-carry pistol that doesn’t force a trade-off between capacity and grip size. Sig Sauer engineered the X-Macro around a Macro-Compact Grip Module that keeps the pistol’s slim, familiar P365 profile while housing a magazine large enough to give you 17+1 rounds on board — full-size capacity in a frame designed for everyday carry.

The slide is an XSeries optic-ready unit with a non-ported profile, which means the top of the slide stays flat and snag-free while leaving the mounting footprint open for a compatible red dot if you choose to run one. The standard 1913 accessory rail on the frame lets you mount a light or laser without an adapter. Interchangeable backstraps in small, medium, and large sizes allow the grip to fit different hand dimensions rather than forcing every shooter to adapt to a fixed geometry.

Night sights are fitted from the factory, so low-light use doesn’t require an upgrade. Two 17-round steel magazines with high-visibility followers are included, and the followers make it easy to confirm round count at a glance during a reload. The semi-automatic, striker-fired action keeps the manual of arms consistent shot to shot, with no external hammer to manage. This is a pistol that works as a daily carry gun and holds up as a range trainer without requiring modification out of the box.
