Description

The P226 X-Carry Legion is built for shooters who want full Legion-series capability in a frame sized for concealed carry or all-day duty wear. The carry frame uses an undercut trigger guard and aggressive checkering on the G-10 grip panels, which lets the hand ride higher on the frame and shortens the effective distance to the trigger—useful for shooters with medium or smaller hands, or anyone who wants a more consistent grip across different carry positions.

The action is double-action/single-action, which means the first shot requires a longer, heavier pull that also cocks the hammer, while every subsequent shot fires from the lighter, shorter single-action position. That DA/SA trade-off gives you a mechanical drop-safety margin on the first round without a manual thumb safety to disengage under stress, while still delivering a crisp SA pull for accurate follow-up shots. Sig fits the X-Carry with their AX2 adjustable trigger, so the SA reset and overtravel can be tuned without a trip to a gunsmith.

The pistol ships with a ROMEO-X red dot already installed via SIG LOC, a proprietary mounting footprint integrated into the slide. Running a factory-fitted optic means the sight is zeroed to a slide milled specifically for it, which removes the tolerance stacking that comes with aftermarket adapter plates. The XRAY3 iron sights co-witness through the optic window, keeping a backup aiming solution in place if the dot goes down. Three 18-round steel magazines are included, and the Legion Gray Cerakote finish runs across both the frame and slide for a consistent appearance and added corrosion resistance.
