The P365 DH3 is built around competitive shooter Daniel Horner’s approach to everyday carry: a compact frame that doesn’t compromise on round count or shootability. It suits the shooter who wants a single pistol that transitions naturally between a concealment role and a range or competition context without modification.

The slide incorporates an integrated expansion chamber that vents propellant gas during the firing cycle to reduce muzzle rise, which tightens up split times on follow-up shots without any change to the shooter’s grip or technique. The flat-face trigger is a deliberate choice for consistent finger placement across different hand sizes and glove conditions. Custom DH3 serrations — developed specifically for this collaboration — are cut at angles that give positive purchase during press-checks and chamber clears at a range of wrist positions.

The grip module accepts a removable magwell, which matters if you run the included higher-capacity magazines in a competitive context where reload speed under pressure is measurable. Speaking of those magazines: the pistol ships with three, two of them 21-round and one 17-round, so you have meaningful capacity options out of the box rather than having to source them separately.

X-RAY3 Day and Night sights are fitted as standard and are configured to co-witness with an optic if you choose to mount one on the optic-ready slide. The Black DLC barrel finish is a hard physical vapor deposition coating that resists wear and corrosion at the bore surface where it matters most. The non-manual safety configuration keeps the draw-to-fire sequence consistent, which is the standard preference for a dedicated carry pistol.
