Description
The ROSE P365 was built in collaboration with World Champion competitive shooter Lena Miculek, and the program behind it is aimed squarely at women who are new to carrying and want a structured path into the discipline — though the pistol itself stands on its own merits regardless of who is behind it. It ships as a complete kit: alongside the pistol you get a Vaultek Lifepod lockable storage case, dummy rounds for safe dry-fire practice, and access to a step-by-step video training series built around Miculek’s teaching methodology, plus an online community for ongoing support. That combination of hardware and structured instruction is what separates this from a standard handgun purchase.
The platform is the P365XL, running a striker-fired action with an integrally compensated slide — the compensation is built into the slide itself rather than added as a muzzle device, which keeps overall length manageable while venting gas upward to reduce muzzle rise during strings of fire. The optic-ready cut uses a compact footprint. Ambidextrous manual safety controls suit both dominant-hand orientations without modification. XRAY3 day/night sights provide a usable zero-light reference without requiring a mounted light or optic. The grip module carries ROSE laser engraving and matte Rose Gold colored controls, and the slide finish matches that aesthetic rather than a standard matte black. Two 10-round steel magazines are included, and a magazine disconnect mechanism prevents the pistol from firing with the magazine removed — a design requirement for the market this variant is built for.
