Description

The Safariland Model 7360 7TS is a mid-ride duty holster built for uniformed carry of the Glock 17, right hand. It runs two independent retention systems working together: the ALS (Automatic Locking System) captures the weapon automatically the moment it is holstered, locking it in place against any direction of pull, while the SLS (Self Locking System) rotating hood adds an additional layer of retention on top. Releasing both in sequence during a draw is a practiced motion, but once the ALS is deactivated, the pistol comes straight up out of the holster — no rocking or rotating required, which keeps the draw path consistent under stress.

The shell is molded from SafariSeven, a proprietary nylon blend developed with DuPont. Unlike injection-molded thermoplastics that can soften in a hot car or become brittle in hard winter conditions, SafariSeven is rated structurally sound from -50°F to 300°F. It can be submerged indefinitely without degrading, which matters for water crossings, rain, or any environment where a polymer holster body needs to hold its shape. The interior surface is non-abrasive to protect slide and frame finishes, and raised standoff ribs keep the firearm off the holster walls so debris and moisture can clear without packing in around the gun.

The mid-ride belt loop positions the holster close to the body rather than dropping it away from the hip, which reduces lever arm and keeps the grip at a consistent height for the draw. The 7360 is compatible with the full range of Safariland mounting options, so the attachment can be changed later without replacing the holster body. Finish is STX Plain Black, a matte surface designed to minimize reflection.
