The Safariland INCOG-X is an inside-the-waistband holster built around a collaboration between Safariland and Haley Strategic Partners, aimed at concealed carriers who want a purpose-built solution for a light-equipped Glock 17 or 19 rather than an adapted duty-style rig. The core shell is Boltaron, a thermoplastic that holds its molded shape reliably under heat and pressure, which is how the holster achieves passive retention without a mechanical locking mechanism — the fit itself keeps the pistol in place until you draw. Wrapped in microfiber suede, the exterior creates friction against the body and waistband material, helping the holster stay put during movement without requiring a rigid outer shell digging into the wearer.

The integrated magazine caddy addresses one of the practical trade-offs of IWB carry: adding a separate magazine carrier typically means a second attachment point, a second fit problem, and more bulk. Pairing the spare magazine position with the holster body keeps everything on a single footprint. Clip positioning is adjustable, so you can dial in ride height to match your draw stroke and the cut of your clothing rather than accepting a fixed angle.

Compatibility extends to red dot sights mounted behind the ejection port on the Glock slide, including those installed via the firearm manufacturer’s adapter plates. The holster has been tested against a range of popular RDS configurations, including larger optics like the Trijicon SRO — which may require minor clip repositioning to clear the optic housing. Weapon light fitment covers several compact options including the SureFire XC-1 and XC-2, Streamlight TLR-7, and a handful of others. This is a right-hand holster in black.
