Description
The Safariland INCOG-X is an inside-the-waistband holster developed in collaboration with Haley Strategic, built for concealed carriers who want a serious everyday carry setup without sacrificing access to a spare magazine. This variant fits the Glock 43X and Glock 48, two pistols that share the same frame width and slide profile, so the fit is consistent across both.
The shell is made from Boltaron, a thermoplastic that holds its shape under heat and pressure better than kydex, which matters for a holster worn against the body for extended periods. The interior surface is wrapped in microfiber suede, which protects the pistol’s finish and reduces the draw-stroke friction that bare plastic can introduce. The exterior finish is Multicam Black, a subdued pattern that stays low-profile under a cover garment without adding visible bulk.
The integrated magazine caddy is the defining feature here. Rather than pairing a separate mag carrier on the opposite side of your belt — which adds hardware, print points, and another clip to manage — the caddy mounts directly to the holster body, keeping everything on one side. That consolidation simplifies the rig for carriers who want minimal kit. Draw hand is right-hand, so it positions the pistol for a standard strong-side or appendix carry orientation.
This holster suits a carrier who runs a Glock 43X or 48 as a primary concealed carry pistol and wants a purpose-built IWB solution rather than a universal-fit compromise. The Haley Strategic collaboration reflects a training-oriented design philosophy — the geometry is intended to support consistent presentation, not just passive retention.
