Description
The Safariland INCOG-X is an inside-the-waistband holster developed through a joint collaboration between Safariland and Haley Strategic, aimed at concealed carriers who want a purpose-built solution rather than a compromised general-purpose design. It is cut to fit the SIG Sauer P365, P365X, and P365XL when equipped with a weapon light, which matters because adding a light changes the muzzle profile enough to make standard holsters unreliable for retention and draw.
The shell is constructed from Boltaron, a thermoplastic that holds its shape under heat and pressure better than kydex in demanding environments, and it is wrapped in microfiber suede. That suede layer serves a practical purpose: it sits against the body and reduces the abrasion and sweat transfer that bare plastic creates during extended wear. The finish on this variant is Woodland Camo, applied through the wrap rather than a surface coating.
An integrated magazine caddy is built into the holster body, positioning a spare magazine on the same platform as the pistol. This keeps the reload accessible without a separate belt attachment, which reduces the total hardware riding on the waistband. The holster is configured for right-hand draw. Where the INCOG-X fits into a carry setup depends largely on how it is mounted and clipped, but the single-platform approach is designed to minimize the footprint for deep concealment while keeping a reload in the same draw zone as the pistol.
