Description

The Safariland INCOG-X is an inside-the-waistband holster built for concealed carry of the SIG P365, P365X, and P365XL with a weapon-mounted light attached. It came out of a joint development effort between Safariland and Haley Strategic, and the result is a design shaped by the demands of everyday concealed carry rather than range use alone.

The shell is formed from Boltaron and wrapped in microfiber suede. Boltaron holds its molded shape under heat and repeated draws in a way that softer materials cannot, which matters for both retention consistency and re-holstering safety. The suede wrap addresses the comfort penalty that typically comes with a hard polymer shell riding against skin or clothing during extended wear.

Retention is passive, relying on holster geometry and adjustable tension rather than an active locking mechanism. That trade-off suits a concealed carry context where a fast, unencumbered draw takes priority over the positive retention a duty holster provides. Tension is tunable, so the draw weight can be set to suit the individual carrier rather than left at a single factory setting.

The integrated magazine caddy keeps a spare magazine on the same platform as the holster itself, reducing the number of separate pieces on the belt. Over-the-belt polymer clips are included, along with clip strut shims in three sizes that let the carrier adjust cant and ride height for different body types and clothing setups. The holster accommodates red-dot optics mounted to the pistol, so it does not need to be replaced if the firearm is configured with a slide-mounted optic. This variant is finished in MultiCam and configured for right-hand draw.
