Description

The Safariland INCOG-X is an inside-waistband holster developed in collaboration with Haley Strategic Partners, aimed at concealed carriers who need a full-size-ish pistol to disappear under a cover garment without sacrificing draw access. This version is cut specifically for the Sig Sauer P365 X-Macro in right-hand configuration.

The shell is thermoformed from Boltaron, a thermoplastic that holds its shape under heat and pressure better than Kydex while remaining formable enough for precise fitment around the P365 X-Macro’s geometry. The exterior is wrapped in microfiber suede, which adds surface friction against the body and the belt — that friction is what keeps the holster from shifting during movement without requiring a stiff, uncomfortable clamping force. Retention itself is passive and form-fitted, meaning the holster relies on the molded shape rather than a mechanical lock, so the draw is consistent and requires no deactivation step.

The clips lock outward over the belt rather than threading through it, and the strut design allows the user to install or remove the holster without tools — useful when transitioning between carry modes or adjusting for different belts. Ride height is adjustable at the clip, so the user can dial in the grip depth for their hand size and preferred draw stroke. The optic window accommodates red dot sights, keeping this holster relevant as more P365 X-Macro carriers run the pistol with a mounted optic. The finish is Gray.
