Description

The Strike Industries Folding Stock Adapter (SI-FSA-DUAL-STOCK) is built for shooters who need a rear-end folding solution on platforms equipped with a 1913 Picatinny interface — whether that’s an AR-format pistol converted to rifle configuration, a bullpup-style build, or any factory or custom rifle with a railed rear socket. The core engineering argument here is the dual-fold capability: the stock folds to either side without pulling the hinge pin, flipping a collar, or reconfiguring anything. That matters practically because most single-direction folding adapters commit you to one folding orientation at assembly, and changing sides means disassembly. This one lets you choose at any moment.

Deployment is a one-motion pull upward on the bar at the hinge, then swing the stock out. A positive lock holds the stock in the folded position so it doesn’t shift during carry. The adapter also incorporates a three-degree downward tilt when folded to the right, which provides clearance from the ejection port — a geometry problem that a flat fold angle tends to ignore. Two built-in locking lugs seat directly into the Picatinny rail and resist rotation under recoil without relying on friction alone.

The hinge is steel; the base, adapter, and strut are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. The stock end ships with a rubber anti-slip buttpad, and both sides of the stock carry QD sling cups so your sling setup doesn’t depend on which way you orient the rifle. The modular rear interface also accepts alternate Strike Industries components — different strut lengths and cheek risers are available separately — so the configuration isn’t locked at purchase.
