A low-output mode at 25 lumens handles close-range administrative tasks and stretches runtime to 11 hours on the 18350, which is a meaningful difference when you are conserving power.

The body is machined from aerospace aluminum and finished in Mil-Spec hard anodize, with knurling on both the body and tailcap for grip in wet conditions.
