Description

The TriggerTech AR-10 Duty Two-Stage Curved is built for shooters who need reliable, consistent trigger performance under field conditions — duty use, law enforcement, military applications, three-gun competition, and varmint hunting. It is not an adjustable-weight trigger, which is a deliberate trade-off: fixing the pull weight at 3.5 lbs eliminates the possibility of the setting drifting in harsh or high-use environments, and removes one variable from the equation when conditions matter most.

The two-stage design separates the pull into a deliberate first stage and a defined break at the second stage. That staged movement gives the shooter a clear mechanical reference before the shot breaks, which supports precise shot timing without requiring a hair-trigger setup. Zero Creep technology means the second stage breaks without the sensation of movement through the trigger wall, so what you feel as the wall is where the round fires.

TKR (Trigger Keeper Retention) and FLTWR (Floating Trigger Return) technologies work together to control how the trigger resets and returns. The reset measures 0.070 inches and carries a tactile mid-force feel, giving positive confirmation of reset without requiring the shooter to release far forward. Overtravel after the break is held to 0.060 inches, limiting unwanted movement once the round has fired.

The housing is EZAC die-cast, with key internal components machined from 440C stainless steel. External components carry a PVD Black finish — Physical Vapour Deposition, a hard coating bonded to the surface rather than painted on — which resists wear without adding meaningful dimension. The curved trigger shoe fits standard AR-10 receivers using 0.154-inch mil-spec trigger pins, which are not included.
