The TriggerTech AR-15 Adaptable is a two-stage drop-in trigger built for shooters who want a consistent, adjustable pull across a wide range of disciplines — from precision work at distance to competitive 3-gun and close-quarters drills. It fits any AR-15 using standard mil-spec 0.154″ trigger pins, so installation is straightforward on virtually any mil-spec lower receiver without additional fitting.

The two-stage design separates the pull into a defined first stage and an adjustable second stage. The first stage takes up slack and gives you a clear reference point before the break, which matters when you’re managing a shot under time pressure or from an awkward position. The second stage — and the total pull weight — is adjustable via hex key from the top of the housing, letting you tune the trigger without removing it from the lower. Total pull weight runs from 2.5 to 5.0 lbs, with the first stage fixed at 0.75 lbs and the second stage ranging from 1.75 to 4.25 lbs depending on your setting.

TriggerTech’s Zero Creep technology eliminates movement in the second stage before the break, so what you feel is a clean wall and then a shot — not a gradual mush. Overtravel is kept under 0.015″ and reset under 0.030″, both short enough that follow-up shots don’t require a full forward stroke to re-engage. The reset is tactile, so you can feel it without having to watch the trigger. The trigger lever itself is the traditional curved profile in stainless, and the hammer delivers full strike force, keeping it compatible with hard mil-spec primers.
