Description
The Unity Tactical FAST Accessory Riser is built for shooters who run rail-mounted lasers, optics, or thermal devices and want a heads-up, chin-welded shooting posture rather than having to cant down to find a low sight line. The core purpose is straightforward: it brings whatever sits on top of it 0.725 inches higher off the rail, which translates directly to a more natural head position behind the gun and faster target acquisition under stress.
The geometry matters when you pair the riser with specific optics. Mounting a Sig Sauer ROMEO8T or a Leupold LCO on the riser brings the optical centerline to 2.26 inches above the rail—a height that works with a standard cheek weld on most rifle stocks without requiring an elevated cheek riser. The same 2.26-inch centerline applies when the Trijicon SkeetIRx or Pixels on Target VooDoo-S is used alongside a Unity CTM, making the riser a practical anchor point in a coordinated dual-optic or thermal-plus-optic setup.
Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished in Type III hardcoat anodize, the riser is built to hold zero under the kind of thermal cycling and mechanical shock a rail-mounted device sees in regular use. The two-bolt cross-bolt rail clamp distributes clamping force evenly and resists rotation under recoil. A machined cable-routing slot runs through the body, keeping switch leads from a laser or illuminator captured and out of the way rather than looped over the rail. The footprint covers three slots on a standard M1913 Picatinny rail, which leaves room on shorter rails or handguards to run additional accessories without crowding.
