The Walker’s Razor Slim Electronic Muff in Flat Dark Earth is built for shooters who need reliable hearing protection without the bulk that standard over-ear muffs carry. The slim cup design sits closer to the cheek, which matters when you’re mounting a rifle — a thick muff can break your cheek weld and shift your sight picture every time you shoulder the gun. That low-profile geometry is the central engineering goal here, and it shapes every other design decision in the Razor series.

The muffs use two omni-directional microphones to pick up ambient sound and feed it through high-definition speakers inside the cups, so you can hear range commands, conversation, and environmental cues while the electronics simultaneously suppress impulse noise. Sound-activated compression reacts in 0.02 seconds, which is fast enough to cut off a gunshot before sustained exposure causes damage, then restores ambient audio almost immediately. The result is a hearing protector you can wear continuously rather than pulling on and off between strings of fire.

An audio input jack lets you connect a phone or radio directly to the muffs, useful for piping in communication or simply listening to audio without removing your protection. Volume is handled by a recessed, independent knob on each cup, and the battery door is positioned for easy field access.
