The Yankee Hill Machine HUB Direct Thread Mount converts any HUB-compatible suppressor to a direct thread mounting system, letting you thread the suppressor directly onto a compatible barrel without a separate adapter or quick-detach mechanism. That simplicity translates to a shorter overall package and a modest reduction in weight compared to running a full QD mount — worthwhile on a precision rifle or hunting platform where every ounce and inch matters.

Installation is straightforward: remove the existing mount from the rear of your HUB suppressor and thread this one in its place using a 3/4″ open-end wrench. No specialized tooling required. The mount is machined from 17-4PH stainless steel, a precipitation-hardened alloy chosen for its combination of tensile strength and corrosion resistance, then finished in Melonite QPQ — a ferritic nitrocarburizing process that hardens the surface and provides additional protection against wear and moisture. The bore is sized at .45 caliber, which covers most common rifle and pistol suppressor applications.

This particular variant is threaded at 5/8″-32, a pitch you will encounter on certain large-bore and specialized barrel profiles.
