Description
The Victra-12 Remington Mount Assembly is the connecting piece between a Remington shotgun’s barrel and the Yankee Hill Machine Victra-12 suppressor. It threads directly into the barrel’s existing choke threads, so there is no permanent modification required and no need for a separate adapter plate. Because it uses the standard choke interface rather than a proprietary attachment scheme, installation and removal follow the same process as swapping any conventional choke tube.
One detail worth understanding: this mount does not perform any choke function on its own. The shot column passes through unrestricted, and the constriction that patterns the load is handled by a choke cone built into the Victra-12 suppressor’s front cap. That arrangement keeps the mount itself a simple, robust part with a single job — holding the suppressor securely in place — while preserving the ability to tune shot pattern through the suppressor’s own components.
The mount is machined from 17-4 stainless steel and finished in Melonite, a surface treatment that adds corrosion resistance and hardness without meaningfully changing dimensions. It adds 0.950 inches to the barrel’s overall length. Each mount in the Victra-12 lineup is specific to a given shotgun manufacturer’s choke thread standard, so this Remington variant will not interchange with Mossberg, Benelli, or Beretta versions. A YHM-1250 Jam Nut is included to lock the mount in position under recoil. Manufactured in the United States.
