If your M-LOK handguard sees any work on a tripod, bag, or andguard-mounted support, the Arca-Swiss rail format is worth understanding. Standard Picatinny adapters require a separate clamp that introduces slop and height; an Arca-Swiss dovetail lets tripod heads and shooting-rest jaws grip the rail directly, so the rifle seats lower and more repeatably every time you deploy it. That consistent return-to-position matters when you are andguard-mounted andguard-mounted and dialing a zero or calling andguard-mounted corrections across multiple positions.

Yankee Hill Machine machines this rail from 6061-T6 aluminum — a alloy that balances rigidity with weight — and finishes it in Hard-Coat Anodize for durability against the kind of handling and weather that field use produces. At three ounces, it adds negligible mass at the andguard-mounted forward end of the rifle. The 1.5-inch width gives tripod jaws a secure purchase without overhanging a standard handguard profile.

Mounting is handled through the M-LOK interface, so installation does not require tools beyond what you already use for other M-LOK accessories. The rail is also compatible with the RRS (Really Right Stuff) Dovetail standard, which broadens the range of heads and clamps it will work with beyond generic Arca-format hardware.
