The design philosophy is straightforward: remove every piece of hardware that isn’t doing necessary work, and the result is a sling that weighs just 2.7 ounces — meaningful on a long patrol or range day where every ounce on the rifle accumulates.

The forward lead runs 40 inches and can be trimmed to dial in the exact fit for your body and kit rather than relying on slider adjustments alone. That means once you cut it, the sling is sized to you permanently — worth thinking through before you reach for the scissors, but a genuine advantage over hardware-only solutions that leave excess webbing flopping around. A second tri-glide on the 20-inch tail end handles day-to-day length adjustment for transitions between shooting and carry positions.

The neck pad is covered in a four-way stretch Tweave fabric that moves with you instead of binding against a plate carrier or bare skin. Tapered ends reduce the chance of the pad catching on gear when you swing the rifle across your back.
