Description

The Accu-Tac PC-5 is a full-size, heavy-duty bipod built for shooters who need a stable platform across tactical, target, competition, and airgun applications. It is designed and manufactured in the United States from 100% billet 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum with high-strength steel hardware, so the construction is consistent throughout rather than a mix of cast or stamped components held together with softer fasteners.

The leg system is the core of what makes the PC-5 worth its price of admission. Each leg moves independently, which matters on uneven ground where a paired-leg design would force a compromise. There are four selectable angle positions per leg and nine discrete height notches — to move a leg, you pull it downward against a spring detent and reposition it. That mechanism keeps each leg locked firmly at the selected setting during firing without requiring a separate clamp or knob to secure it.

Panning and canting are both available and each can be locked independently with the same adjustable lever, giving you fine control over how much resistance each axis offers without affecting the other. The Type III MIL-SPEC hard anodize finish is not decorative — that coating is significantly harder than bare aluminum and resists abrasion during field use. The Picatinny-mount version attaches to a 1913 rail without tools, and detaches just as quickly. At just under 29 ounces, the PC-5 is a substantial piece of equipment best suited to precision rifles where a stable, repeatable rest matters more than saving ounces.
