Description

The American Defense Manufacturing AD-B2 Cantilever Mount is built for shooters who run compact prism optics—Mini ACOG models like the Trijicon TA33 and TA44, the EoTech Vudu 3×9, Primary Arms GLx 2x, and SLx 1x/3x Micro Prism scopes—and find that those optics sit too far forward on a standard flat-top rail for comfortable eye relief. The 0.75-inch reverse cantilever shifts the optic rearward relative to the mount’s rail attachment point, which pulls the eyepiece closer to the shooter without requiring any repositioning of the rifle’s handguard or other hardware.

The mount is precision CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminum and finished in Type III hard coat anodize—the same mil-spec process that produces a hard, wear-resistant surface without adding meaningful weight. The centerline height of 1.41 inches positions the optic’s bore axis at a height that works well with standard AR-platform sight lines, giving a natural cheek weld for most stocks without added risers.

The locking mechanism is ADM’s patented QD Auto Lock Titanium Lever system. The lever clamps to Picatinny rails and is fully adjustable to accommodate both in-spec and out-of-spec rail widths—no proprietary tools required. A flat-blade screwdriver or a finger is enough to make tension adjustments. The lever can also be configured to lock toward either the front or rear of the mount depending on your preference and available clearance. When removed and reinstalled, the mount returns to zero reliably, which matters if you share the rail with a backup sight or need to clear the optic for storage.

Manufactured in the United States from domestic materials, the AD-B2 is a purpose-specific solution for a real geometry problem rather than a general-purpose ring set adapted to the task.
