Description

The American Defense Manufacturing AD-RMR-LW-L-RH-STD is a quick-detach optic mount built for shooters running a Trijicon RMR, SRO, or any red dot that shares the RMR footprint on a Picatinny rail. Its primary purpose is straightforward: get the optic on and off quickly without losing your zero, and keep the overall package as low and compact as possible.

The low-profile optic height positions the red dot closer to the bore than a co-witness mount would, which suits shooters who prefer a lower cheek weld or are building on compact platforms — AR pistols, PCCs, and PDWs — where every millimeter of stacking height matters. If you need iron sight co-witness, that is a different ADM variant; this one is not designed for that sight picture.

ADM’s QD Auto Lock Lever system is the core of the design. The lever adjusts to accommodate both in-spec and out-of-spec Picatinny rails without requiring proprietary tools — a flat blade or your finger handles it. The lever itself can be configured to lock toward the front or the rear of the mount, which gives you room to work around lights, pressure pads, or backup sights without the lever becoming an obstacle. This model uses a right-hand standard lever; if your setup demands the opposite side, ADM offers a left-hand version.

The mount is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in black hard coat Type III Mil-Spec anodizing — a combination that keeps weight down without sacrificing the rigidity needed to hold zero through sustained recoil. Hardware for attaching the optic is included.
