Description

The Arisaka Offset Scout Mount for LWRC is built for shooters running LWRC direct-thread handguards who want their weapon light positioned without the bulk of a standard Picatinny adapter. Rather than sitting proud of the rail surface, the mount keeps the light body within 0.20 inches of the handguard face, which meaningfully reduces snag points and keeps the overall profile tighter when the light is indexed to the side.

Mounting on a lateral surface places the light at a true 45-degree offset. Oriented upward, the light sits around the 1:30 or 10:30 clock position; oriented downward, it falls near 4:30 or 6:30. That geometry keeps the light out of the way of a support hand while still allowing a natural activation stroke. Three lateral positions spanning roughly a quarter inch let you dial in clearance relative to a fixed front sight, a magnifier, or anything else crowding the top rail — a practical consideration on shorter handguards where real estate is limited.

Arisaka machines the mount from 6061-T651 aluminum and finishes it with a MIL-A-8625 Type III hard coat anodize, the same specification used on military hardware. Compatible lights include the SureFire M300 and M600 series, Modlite PLH, PLHv2, and OKW, the Streamlight ProTac Rail Mount 1, 2, and HL-X (non-laser), Olight Odin, Cloud Defensive REIN, and Arisaka’s own 300, 600, and 18650 series bodies. Hardware is included; installation requires an IP20 TorxPlus driver, which is not included. Made in the USA and covered under U.S. Patent No. 11385026.
