Description

The Arisaka Offset Scout Mount is built for shooters who want to run a full-size weapon light on an M-LOK handguard without the bulk that a standard Picatinny rail adapter adds. By replacing that adapter entirely, the mount pulls the light body in closer to the rail rather than pushing it outward, which reduces the overall profile of the rifle and lessens the chance of snagging on gear.

The 45-degree offset angle places the light at roughly the 1:30 or 10:30 position when oriented upward, or around 4:30 to 6:30 when oriented downward. That geometry keeps the light out of the way of a support-hand grip while still throwing illumination on target when the rifle is shouldered. Three lateral mounting positions spanning approximately 0.240 inches let you dial in clearance around tall front sights or muzzle devices without having to swap hardware.

The mount is CNC machined from 6061-T651 aluminum and finished with a MIL-A-8625 Type III hard coat anodize in Flat Dark Earth — the same specification used on military hardware — which puts a hard, corrosion-resistant shell over the aluminum rather than a surface-level coating. At under 0.20 inches thick, it adds almost nothing to the handguard’s circumference. Compatible lights include the SureFire M300 and M600 series, Modlite PLH, PLHv2 and OKW, Streamlight ProTac Rail Mount 1, 2 and HL-X (non-laser), Olight Odin, Cloud Defensive REIN, and Arisaka’s own 300, 600, and 18650 series bodies. All mounting hardware is included; installation requires a T20 Torx or IP20 TorxPlus driver, which is not included. Made in the USA and covered under U.S. Patent No. 11385026.
