ARISAKA RDM AIMPNT MICRO 2.26″ FDE

Description

The Arisaka Aimpoint Micro Mount Mk2 in FDE is built for shooters who run Aimpoint Micro T1 or T2 optics and want a mount that maintains zero under hard use rather than just holding an optic in place. It also accepts other red dots sharing the same footprint, including the Aimpoint H1/H2, Comp M5/M5S, Sig Romeo 4 and 5, Vortex Crossfire, and Holosun HS503, HS515, and HS530, making it a practical choice if your optic stable extends beyond Aimpoint’s own line.

The 2.26″ height is a deliberate match for the Unity FAST FTC Magnifier Mount, so if you’re pairing a magnifier behind your red dot, this height keeps the two units at a common optical axis. At that height, AR-pattern iron sights remain visible only through the window beneath the optic body — not through the lens — which is worth understanding before you commit to your backup sight arrangement. The mounting interface itself relies on angled contact surfaces rather than flat ones: the optic wedges against those angled faces, which is what prevents shift under recoil. A small gap at the horizontal surfaces is intentional, not a fitment problem.

The body is CNC machined from 7075-T651 aluminum and finished with a MIL-A-8625 Type III hard coat anodize before FDE Cerakote is applied over the top. The 1.93″ and 2.26″ versions include an accessory interface for compatibility with forthcoming Arisaka mounting platforms. The package includes the hardware needed to attach the optic, and Arisaka specifies 50 inch-pounds on the Picatinny clamp and 11.9 inch-pounds at the optic-to-mount screws — figures worth keeping if you do field maintenance without a torque driver memorized.
