BCM GUNFIGHTER QD END PLATE

Description

The BCM QD End Plate gives an AR-15 or AR-10 a dedicated quick-disconnect sling attachment point at the rear of the lower receiver, right where the buffer tube meets the stock. That placement keeps a two-point sling anchor close to the pistol grip, which gives the shooter more freedom to push the stock out or collapse it without fighting a sling tethered further back on the stock itself. A single-point sling user can run one end here and the other to a front attachment, keeping the rifle centered and controlled under the body.

BCM machines the plate from steel rather than casting or stamping it, which matters when it comes time to stake the castle nut — the material takes the deformation cleanly without cracking or deforming in unwanted directions. The integrated QD socket rotates, so the swivel can track with the sling as the rifle moves, preventing the kind of binding that builds tension in the sling and pulls the rifle off target. The plate also carries BCM’s star marking, a small detail that confirms you’re working with a genuine part rather than a substitute.

Installation is a straightforward drop-in replacement for any mil-spec AR end plate. Fitting it before the castle nut goes on costs nothing in terms of complexity, and the socket sits low enough that it clears normal manipulation of the safety selector without adding any hardware that interferes with the shooting hand.
