Description

The BCM Gunfighter Stock Mod 0 SOPMOD is built for shooters who run their carbine with a sling and kit, where a conventional stock becomes a liability. BCM designed the widebody SOPMOD profile specifically to raise the cheekweld height relative to the standard Mod 0 — that extra material gives a more consistent cheek-to-stock contact point, which matters when you are moving between positions or shooting from behind cover with a magnified optic. The body is made from high-strength polymer over a mil-spec receiver extension, keeping weight down without trading away rigidity.

Every external edge is radiused intentionally. On a rifle that spends time tangled in sling webbing, MOLLE, or body armor, sharp corners catch and bind at the worst moments — this stock eliminates that problem through geometry rather than padding. The modular VBOST (Vehicle Borne Operations Sling Tab) addresses a specific problem: when a sling hangs loose inside a vehicle, it snags controls and door hardware. The tab gives a ranger band or bungee cord a dedicated anchor point, pulling the sling against the stock body and out of the way. Sling attachment itself is ambidextrous, with two mounting options including QD swivel sockets, so the stock does not force a particular sling configuration on the shooter.

The assembly uses six parts and a single screw, which keeps the design simple to service and leaves the door open for future modular additions BCM develops.
