Description
The BTi-30 is built for precision rifle shooters who want suppression without compromising the shot-to-shot consistency their work demands. Bergara constructed the body from Grade 5 titanium, which keeps weight low without sacrificing the rigidity needed to avoid point-of-impact shift across a long shooting session. The chassis is finished in C-Series Cerakote — this particular variant in Tactical Grey — a coating that is both ultrasonic-safe for cleaning and rated to withstand the sustained heat a suppressor generates during extended strings of fire.
The end cap arrangement is where the BTi-30 makes a meaningful design choice. Rather than committing to a single configuration, it ships with both a vented and a sealed end cap that swap via a standard 5/8-inch socket. The vented cap reduces peak pressure inside the blast chamber, which shortens the time the gas column acts on the bolt face — useful when your priority is faster follow-up shots and reduced gas blowback to the action. The sealed cap trades that recovery speed for maximum sound reduction, so the suppressor can be tuned to the task rather than locked into one compromise.
Mounting follows the 1.375×24 TPI HUB standard, meaning it works with direct-thread, taper-mount, and quick-detach adapters from any HUB-compatible manufacturer — the 5/8×24 direct-thread mount is included in the box. The muzzle-indexing mount seats against the crown rather than the shoulder of the muzzle device, which eliminates the misalignment risk inherent in shoulder-indexed designs. External fluting along the body increases surface area to accelerate heat dissipation between shots. Rated through 300 RUM at a 16-inch barrel, it covers the full range of standard .30 caliber chamberings without being over-engineered for anything less demanding.
