Description

The C&H Precision V4 mounting plate bridges the CZ Shadow 2 Optics Ready platform to the Trijicon RMR footprint, while also accommodating Holosun 407C, 507C, 507Comp, and 508T optics fitted with ZEV Posts. It is aimed at competition shooters and serious duty users who want a direct, low-profile optic mount without committing to permanent slide milling.

C&H Precision designs and machines each plate at their facility in Coastal Georgia using HAAS CNC equipment, with multiple quality inspections before the plate ships. The plate incorporates a patented stainless steel T-nut that provides six to seven threads of engagement — meaningfully more thread contact than a standard through-hole screw arrangement — which resists loosening under the repeated recoil impulse of a full-size pistol. Because the mounting hardware is user-replaceable, a stripped or damaged screw does not compromise the plate itself, and swapping hardware preserves the optic’s established zero rather than forcing a full remount and re-zero.

The finish is Mil-Spec Type III hard anodize, chosen for abrasion resistance in a role where the plate sits between a steel slide and a mounted optic under consistent mechanical stress. Compatibility spans the CZ Shadow 2 Compact, Shadow 2 Optics Ready, and Shadow 2 OR — the same plate works across those variants without modification. The package includes multiple screw sets sized for each supported optic, with Loctite pre-applied, along with a built-in rear sight for co-witness capability when running ZEV Posts on a Holosun. The plate fits the existing factory optic cut and requires no permanent alteration to the pistol.
