Description

The C&H Precision Equalizer plate is built for shooters who want to mount a Holosun 407K or 507K directly to a Smith & Wesson Equalizer or M&P 5.7 without sending the slide out for milling. The plate drops into the factory optic cut and bridges the footprint difference between the pistol’s slide recess and the Holosun K-series mounting pattern, so the optic sits where it belongs without adapters stacked on adapters.

C&H machines each plate from 6061 aluminum on HAAS CNC equipment and finishes it in MIL-SPEC Type III hard anodize. The hard anodize matters here because the plate lives between two steel or aluminum surfaces under repeated recoil cycling — a softer finish would wear at the contact faces over time. All mounting hardware is stainless steel, which resists corrosion and holds torque more predictably than zinc fasteners under heat and humidity.

The package includes three 6-32 x .500 M3H screws sized specifically for the Holosun 407K and 507K mounting pattern, so you are not sourcing hardware separately. C&H recommends dry-fitting all components before final installation, since tolerances between the plate, optic, and individual slide can interact — a sensible step before applying thread locker. If you are running the Vortex Razor CCW or C&H’s own EDC or EDC Enclosed optics, this same plate accommodates those footprints as well. Iron sight co-witness height depends on your specific optic and slide combination, so verify that before committing to a rear sight height.
