Description
The C&H Precision AOS-HOLOk-NRS is an adapter plate built for Springfield Armory Prodigy owners who want to mount a Holosun 407K or 507K directly to an Agency Optic System (AOS) cut without giving up a co-witness or rear sight. The plate fills the gap between the Prodigy’s factory AOS footprint and the smaller Holosun K-series footprint, so the optic sits at the correct height and registers squarely against the slide without shimming or improvised spacers.
C&H Precision machines the plate from aluminum on HAAS CNC equipment at their facility in Coastal Georgia, then finishes it to MIL-SPEC Type III hard anodize in black. That anodize process drives the finish into the metal surface rather than sitting on top of it, which keeps the plate dimensionally stable under the repeated thermal cycling and mechanical stress of a carry or duty pistol. All mounting hardware — plate screws and optic screws both — is stainless steel, which resists the galvanic corrosion that can develop when dissimilar metals are in prolonged contact.
The hardware kit that ships with the plate includes three 6-48 plate mounting screws for attaching the plate to the slide, three 4-40 screws sized for the Holosun 407K and 507K mounting pattern, and three stainless steel T-nuts. Having all three fastener types in the box means the install doesn’t depend on scrounging hardware from other sources or guessing at thread specifications. Replacement screw kits are available separately if hardware is ever lost or damaged during a future optic swap.
