Description
The EOTech Vudu 1-10x28mm in Tan is built for shooters who need a single optic capable of handling both close-quarters work and extended-range precision without swapping glass. The 1x low end is genuinely useful at contact distances — a true 1x means both eyes open, fast target acquisition, and no magnification distortion to fight through when the situation collapses into close range. The 10x high end then gives you enough reach to identify and engage targets at the distances where a LPVO earns its keep over a red dot.
Mounting the reticle on the first focal plane means the SR-4 MOA subtensions stay accurate at every power setting. You can dial to 4x for an intermediate shot and trust your holdovers without doing mental math to compensate for a second focal plane’s scaling. That matters most when magnification changes quickly under pressure. A capped windage turret and a push/pull locking elevation turret protect your zero from inadvertent adjustment — the low-profile elevation design keeps the turret from snagging while still allowing deliberate input when you need it.
The 34mm one-piece tube, machined from aircraft-grade aluminum, provides the structural rigidity that supports repeatable adjustments under recoil. The single-piece eyepiece includes a removable throw lever, so quick magnification transitions are a wrist motion rather than a deliberate grip change. The illuminated, glass-etched reticle performs in low light without depending on ambient conditions to read the subtensions. Click adjustments are 1/4 MOA, giving you fine enough resolution to make meaningful corrections at distance.
