Description
The Vudu 5-25×50 FFP is built for precision rifle shooters who need a capable long-range optic on a compact platform. At just over eleven inches in length, it fits rifles with shorter receivers or top-mounted clip-on night vision and thermal devices without forcing the shooter to dismount the optic to reach the device’s controls — a practical consideration that longer scopes in this magnification range routinely create.
Mounting the MD3 reticle on the first focal plane means its subtension marks remain accurate at every magnification setting. At 5x, the hash marks read the same in MRAD as they do at 25x, so ranging, holds, and wind corrections do not require a conversion factor or a fixed power setting. The MD3 uses a MIL-DOT style pattern with 0.1 MRAD per click adjustments — one click moves point of impact 1 centimeter at 100 meters — which keeps corrections straightforward for shooters already working in metric units.
The elevation turret uses a push-pull locking mechanism paired with EOTech’s EZ Chek Zero Stop. The lock prevents accidental movement during handling, and the zero stop lets you return to a confirmed zero after dialing up for distance without counting clicks back down. The illuminated reticle runs on a single CR2032 battery. The scope ships with a throw lever, sunshade, and spare battery included in the box.
