The construction centers on 3D-printed Grade 23 titanium throughout the tube and core. Grade 23 is a medical-grade alloy that carries an unusually high strength-to-weight ratio, which is why the finished can remains genuinely light despite the volume needed to quiet a .45-caliber bore. The high-temperature Cerakote finish is applied over that titanium rather than over steel or aluminum, so the coating bonds to a surface that expands and contracts differently under heat — Cerakote is chosen here because it tolerates those thermal cycles without flaking.

The suppressor ships with a .578×28 booster assembly, which is the thread standard common to most full-size .45 ACP host pistols. A booster — sometimes called a Nielsen device — is mechanically necessary on semi-automatic pistols because the suppressor’s added mass would otherwise prevent the slide from cycling reliably; the spring-loaded piston decouples that mass during the unlock cycle. The included assembly means the can is ready to run on compatible hosts from the box without sourcing additional pistons.
