Description

The Magpul DAKA Lite Pouch in Small is built for situations where gear weight and pack volume actually matter — backpacking trips, hunting packs, travel bags, and lightweight vehicle kits where a rigid organizer would be overkill. It belongs to a separate tier within the DAKA family, prioritizing flexibility and compressibility over the structured form of the original DAKA pouches, which makes it the right choice when storage space is at a premium but you still need reliable organization for electronics, emergency supplies, or small kit items.

The shell is 70D TPU-coated nylon — lighter and more pliable than heavier denier fabrics, yet still resistant to abrasion and moisture. Rather than stitched seams, Magpul uses RF welding throughout the construction, which bonds the material at a molecular level to produce a seam that won’t unravel or wick water the way thread-sewn joints can. The zipper is a YKK AquaGuard water-repellent unit, adding another layer of protection for whatever you’re carrying inside. The injection-molded zipper pull is Magpul-embossed and large enough to grab with gloves on or in low light without fumbling. Carabiner attachment points let you clip the pouch to a pack loop, gear rail, or bag handle rather than letting it float loose at the bottom of a larger bag.
